Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Searchaly, we take pride in delivering high-quality Shopify development, redesign, SEO, and optimization services. Our goal is to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our work.

1. Project Initiation

  • Once a project agreement is confirmed and initial payment is made, our team allocates resources and begins work immediately.

  • Therefore, refunds are generally not available once the project has started, except under special circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the client cancels the project before work has started, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

  • If Searchaly fails to deliver the agreed scope of work as per the project agreement.

  • If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before completion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind by the client after project initiation.

  • Client’s delay in providing required information, content, or approvals.

  • Services already delivered and approved.

4. Revisions & Support

  • We offer revisions within the scope defined in the agreement to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Additional revisions or new requests outside the original scope will be treated as separate services.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation at any stage by contacting us directly.

  • Any payments for completed milestones or approved work will remain non-refundable.
