Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Searchaly, we take pride in delivering high-quality Shopify development, redesign, SEO, and optimization services. Our goal is to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our work.
1. Project Initiation

Once a project agreement is confirmed and initial payment is made, our team allocates resources and begins work immediately.

Therefore, refunds are generally not available once the project has started, except under special circumstances outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

If the client cancels the project before work has started, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

If Searchaly fails to deliver the agreed scope of work as per the project agreement.

If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before completion.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

Change of mind by the client after project initiation.

Client’s delay in providing required information, content, or approvals.

Services already delivered and approved.
4. Revisions & Support

We offer revisions within the scope defined in the agreement to ensure client satisfaction.

Additional revisions or new requests outside the original scope will be treated as separate services.
5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation at any stage by contacting us directly.

Any payments for completed milestones or approved work will remain non-refundable.
